Basic Doula Package
Prenatal + Labor Support

I am available anytime via phone, text or email for questions, concerns, or just to lend a listening ear if you need to vent. Available immediately after signing the contract all the way until your postpartum period.
Evidence-Based Information
I have spent extensive time studying and researching so I can guide you to make decisions based on evidenced-based information. I also have a personal library of birth, labor, and parenting books available to borrow for my clients.
2 Prenatal Visits
Two 90 minute prenatal visits in person or virtual. During these meetings we will: go over physiological birth and stages of labor, practice labor positions, learn pain coping techniques, learn and prepare for postpartum, make birth affirmations, and complete the birth plan, including a discussion of options and having a plan in the event of an emergency.
Labor Support
I'll be on call from 38 weeks on and will arrive promptly once you call that you're in labor. To the birth I bring: a rebozo, massage balls, TENS unit, essential oils, cooling towel, honey sticks, combs (for accupressure), heating pads, and all my knowledge. I will stay for 1-2 hours after birth for postpartum and lactation support.
Baby’s First Feeding
Whether you breastfeed or bottle feed, I can help with everything from proper latching to formula preparation. I am a certified Peer Lactation Counselor so I will help support your breastfeeding journey and help you troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Community Referrals
If you need a chiropractor, pediatrician or support for Postpartum Depression, I have a list of trusted professionals in the community to share with my clients.

Standard Doula Package
Prenatal + Birth + Postpartum Support
This package includes everything in the Basic Package + an additional 3-4 postpartum visits.
Postpartum support includes providing emotional support, assisting with basic baby care (like cutting those tiny fingernails!), promoting self-care and "mothering the mother", as well as light housework like laundry, dishes, vacuuming or cooking a meal for the family, caring for older kids or pets, holding baby while mom showers or naps etc.
I'm happy to discuss what postpartum support best serves your family.
